Example of good practice – collaboration between „For the Presence and Future” and IDOM

On 20 June, „For the Present and Future" managed to gather more than 40 beneficiaries of the "Prevention of HIV\/AIDS among IDUS" project  at an open discussion with representatives of IDOM.

Present at the meeting Mr. Radu Bobeica had the courage to answer the various questions connected with the violation of human rights, the status of people with HIV, IDU. Our beneficiaries told  situations in which IDU were detained, assaulted by police officers without any good reason. Beneficiaries received information about the rules of behaviour during the arrest, and legitimate means of Defense.

The meeting was in a warm atmosphere in which IDU felt free to exhibit remorse, wishes, related to the society attitude towards them.
